Moore Cottage, with 120 feet of lake frontage and facing due south, is dramatically situated on a steep slope overlooking beautiful, clean Lake Garfield. Mountain laurel, rhodendron, wild flowers and a perennial garden surround the house, along with century-old hemlocks, white birches and natural ground cover. The lake is accessible by a foot path to the left of the house (visible through the flowers here) or through the house itself.
